Refund policy

All fine art prints are made to order, produced individually for each customer.
Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Every print is created especially for you and carefully checked before shipping.

Returns are only possible in cases of damage or production defects.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at laurawaelchli@hotmail.com, including clear photos of the damage, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration and printing processes — these are normal and not considered grounds for return.
